Wisdom Table is a traditional format of group spiritual direction. Each participant will have the opportunity to share whatever they bring to the group that day. This is followed by silence and the gift of wisdom from the other participants. This wisdom may be in the form of a quote, image, or Spirit-nudging that comes out of deep-listening.
Group spiritual direction is not therapy. It is also not advice or people sharing what they have done in similar situations in the past. Instead, it is a confidential space to explore your spiritual life with other people on the journey who will support you.
Group spiritual direction allows us to seek the Holy Spirit’s leading together as we come and listen to each other with an ear to God. It really is a practice - the more we engage together, the easier to becomes to listen. But that is the reason we are meeting together, to make space for God to speak and us to respond.
Wisdom Table is facilitated on Zoom and meets in 4-week cycles. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to share.
Cost is $125 and covers the cost of all 4 weeks.
