A Change

I was meeting with my spiritual director lately and I said something akin to this: I know that something needs to change, I'm just not sure what that looks like.

Have you ever been there? Been at that place where you are sensing the Spirit inviting you into a season of change, but you can't quite wrap your head and heart around what it looks like?

Or maybe you can fully see what the change looks like, you just aren't sure about taking that first step.

​It's times like this that I am so thankful for spiritual direction. That I don't need to keep all of that bottled up inside of myself, but instead, I can sit with someone else as we listen together. It doesn't mean that I walk away with all of the questions answered, but more often than not, I walk away with a peace about what is to come next on the path to change.
